Don’t let your heart lead you.
It knows not of the choices you make –
The ones in your mind, the ones your conscience decides
And the thoughts only your unconsciousness can provide.
I feel empty, the voice made me feel dismembered.
It gave me thoughts of a new world, a place far from this.
I heard the call of the abyss, heard its song so breathless
–
Just held my head in wonder, will it ever get better than
this?
